CORNS

TRUSTED CORN TREATMENTS

A corn is a circular or thickened lesion on the skin of the foot that is typically created due to repeated pressure on the skin that can come from constant rubbing on a shoe. They’re called corns because they generally looks like corn kernels. It is similar to a callus but different in that it has a central core of hard material.

People who have foot issues like hammertoe often suffer from corns because the top of the bent toes rub against their shoes.

Should you have issues with corns, there are several treatment options that we can recommend for you. We suggest that you do not attempt to remove corns yourself, as it can lead to an infection if not handled properly.

We ask that you give us a call soon to set up an appointment, and we look forward to easing the pain you are having associated to corns.
